Shipping Information

Most orders will ship within 2 business days except drop-ship items which usually ship within 15 business days.

Most orders (except drop-ship items) should arrive between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your location.

Free ground shipping is within the contiguous U.S. only.

Drop-ship items will be shipped to physical addresses only.

Please notify us within 5 days upon receipt of your items if there has been an error in shipment

Shipping Rates

Shipping is determined by the total amount and weight of your order and could be either shipped with the U.S. Postal Service (usually Priority Mail) or FedEx Ground upon shippers discretion.

All domestic (contiguous U.S.) retail orders up to and including $65.00 are subject to a flat $5.95 shipping and handling fee.

Wholesale (not Thomas the Tank Engine merchandise) orders are subject to actual shipping costs regardless of the order amount.

Orders will be held and shipped when complete.

Consumer Orders (contiguous U.S. only) over $65.00 are entitled to free shipping, including drop-ship items.

Please contact us for shipping charges to international destinations and wholesale merchandise.
- We have only 2 shipping and handling rates within the contiguous U.S. for consumer retail sales: $5.95 or free!

How to order

Order online via our secure merchant account (authorize.net) with your credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) or through PayPal

Order by Fax (512) 754-0316, just print out the order form, fill in the credit card information and submit your order by fax.

Order by mail:
Please make all checks or money orders payable to Old Mill Station. Orders paid by check will be held
until the check clears your bank.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept Discover, Master Card and VISA credit cards through our website.

Orders by Fax or Phone are limited to Master Card and VISA credit cards.

We accept personal checks, company checks and money orders.

COD orders will be subject to an additional $10.00 fee and we will accept money orders made out to Old Mill Station only. Please be sure to have the correct amount on the money order.

No COD's on drop ship items. All drop ship items must be prepaid.

Backorders and Out of Stock Orders

We can make a substitution if the item you ordered is temporarily
or permanently not avaible or refund your money for the item. We will notify you about
possible substitutions prior to shipping your order.

Substitutions will be the same price category (if possible)
like the out of stock and backordered item.

Backorders may delay your complete order until these items
become available again.

Returns - non defective items
-
If you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased and shipped from Old Mill Station,
then you must either call us or notify us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt
of the merchandise and obtain a return authorization number.

Returns must be shipped within 5 days after the RMA number is obtained.
-
The product(s) must be in new, unused condition and it must be returned in
its original packaging.

Videos and DVD's can not be returned when opened.
-
Shipping charges have to be prepaid.
-
We will not issue refunds for occured shipping charges.

Free shipping will be void if the item(s) get returned and we will charge your account for the actual shipping amount.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We will credit your account when the returned items are back in stock.

Returns - defective items

Please notify us immediately if you receive a defective item purchased from Old Mill Station.

You must either call us or notify us by e-mail within 10 days of receipt
of the defective merchandise and obtain a return authorization number.

All Learning Curve products are guaranteed for 3 months from the time of purchase!
If, with normal use, for any reason one of Learning Curve's toys needs repair,
Learning Curve will fix it in their workshop, replace it, or substitute a toy of equal or greater value. Just call
Learning Curve at 800-704-8697 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm CST or email Learning Curve at cs@learningcurve.com.

Old Mill Station is not responsible for return postage on defective and warranty items.
